How long does the food stay fresh?

All meals are freshly prepared and sealed. They stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Do you offer plans for both cutting and bulking?

Absolutely. You can generate customized plans for either goal using our meal generator tools.

Can I switch my meal plan later?

Yes! You can generate a new plan anytime and simply place a fresh order with updated goals.

How are payments handled?

We accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. You'll upload proof when placing your order.
